Our process:

We understand that drone real estate photography is often about capturing 4-6 hero shots of the property, and doing so in a timely manner. We’re happy to be on site with minimal notice, meet and discuss requirements with the listing agent or property owner, and get to work. We can provide the raw images or supply professionally edited images to have them looking their best, as we understand that sometimes it’s not possible to wait for a blue sky, sunny day. 

For drone real estate videos we prefer to meet the listing agent or property owner before filming begins. We'll discuss the key selling points and develop a script which tells the best story of the property and surrounding areas. Once everyone is happy with the script we’ll then capture the shots needed to tell that story. We can provide raw video files or supply a completed professionally edited video with graphics, voice over and music. 

Pricing:

In our experience, every job is different - the property, the preferences of the owner or agent, and the desired output. As such, we prefer to cost on a case by case basis but we typically see a package of 8-10 edited photos between $300-500 and a 90 second edited video between $500-750.
